The Asics Gel-Blackheath 3 is a cleated performance shoe which is very rugged and features incredible technology. The GEL Cushioning System in the rearfoot and forefoot protects the foot through the gait cycle, and the raised gradient heel reduces strain on lower limbs. The PGuard toe protector enhances forefoot protection. The Gel-Blackheath 3 also features DuoMax Support System which is a dual-density midsole system positioned to enhance support and stability. The Trusstic system reduces the weight of the sole unit while retaining the structural integrity of the shoe. The Asymmetrical Lacing Design reduces the potential for irritation and provides improved comfort and fit. Finally, the cleat features SpEVA midsole which improves bounce back characteristics and decreases midsole breakdown.

As you can see the Gel-Blackheath 3 is a fantastic cleat. All sizes are womens shoe sizes and the cleat fits true to size. The cleat is mainly silver/gray black and white.
